These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Omezy, including our text chat, video chat, account, safety, reporting, and moderation features. By using Omezy, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and the legal request and retention rules described in our Legal Inquiry page.

1. Eligibility and age requirement

You may use Omezy only if you meet the applicable age requirement, are at least 18 years old, are legally allowed to use the service where you live, and are able to enter into a binding agreement. You must not use Omezy if you are barred, suspended, banned, or restricted from the service.

• You must provide accurate account and profile information, including any age or birth date information requested for safety purposes.
• You must not misrepresent your age, identity, country, gender, interests, or affiliation with another person or organization.
• You must not invite, solicit, or attempt to contact anyone who does not meet Omezy's age requirement.

2. Accounts, sign-in, and security

Omezy may require sign-in through supported identity providers to reduce abuse, enforce bans, and protect users. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account, session, device, and network.

• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share or sell access.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade moderation, rate limits, restrictions, or bans.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

3. What Omezy provides

Omezy provides real-time matching, text chat, video chat, reporting, and moderation tools for eligible users who want to meet new people. Matches may be influenced by country preference, interests, safety signals, availability, and technical constraints.

Omezy cannot guarantee the identity, background, intent, truthfulness, legality, or behavior of any user you meet. You use the service at your own risk and should avoid sharing sensitive personal information with strangers.

4. Safety monitoring and moderation

To make Omezy safer, you agree that we may use automated systems, rate limits, behavior signals, IP and device metadata, cookie or session identifiers, report evidence, reputation scoring, and human moderator review to detect abuse and enforce these Terms.

Reports may include limited evidence needed to review the incident, such as chat excerpts, session metadata, account identifiers, IP-derived safety information, and, for video reports, a small still-image snapshot submitted for moderation. Omezy does not need to give prior notice before taking safety action.

We retain operational, security, safety, and moderation records for 30 days, then delete them automatically from active systems unless a valid legal hold, court order, active safety investigation, active account restriction, or another legal obligation requires preservation. We disclose user data only in response to a court order or a valid written request that we can verify and legally process, or in limited emergencies when allowed by law and necessary to prevent serious harm.

5. User content and license

You are responsible for messages, images, video, audio, profile information, interests, reports, feedback, and any other content you provide or transmit through Omezy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and that your content complies with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Omezy a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, process, adapt for technical delivery, moderate, investigate, preserve, and use your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, enforce, and legally protect the service.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Omezy to create, display, transmit, request, encourage, coordinate, or facilitate any of the following:

• Use by or interaction with anyone who does not meet the age requirement, including any minor-safety violation or attempt to solicit minors.
• Explicit intimate content, non-consensual intimate content, commercial intimate solicitation, coercion, blackmail, or behavior that makes other users feel unsafe.
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, humiliation, intimidation, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
• Illegal activity, violence, trafficking, exploitation, weapons sales, drug sales, fraud, scams, extortion, hacking, or instructions for serious harm.
• Spam, phishing, malware, unsolicited promotions, fake giveaways, mass messaging, bots, scripts, scraping, fake webcam feeds, or automated behavior.
• Impersonation, deceptive identity claims, fake moderator or staff claims, stolen photos, misleading prerecorded video, or manipulated media used to deceive.
• Recording, screenshotting, saving, reposting, or sharing another person's chat, image, voice, or private information without clear consent from everyone involved.
• Collecting, harvesting, selling, or misusing emails, IP addresses, images, social handles, messages, or other user data.
• Interfering with Omezy's systems, bypassing security, probing vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, disrupting service, or building a competing product from Omezy data or interface behavior.

7. Personalized advertising and service communications

Omezy may use account information, interests, coarse location, cookies, device data, and usage signals to provide safer matching, relevant service experiences, and personalized advertising where allowed by law. We do not allow advertising partners to use Omezy as a way to exploit, identify, or harass users.

We may send administrative, safety, legal, or account-related messages. Marketing communications, if used, will include reasonable opt-out controls where required.

8. Third-party services

Omezy may rely on third-party services such as OAuth providers, hosting providers, database providers, email services, TURN/STUN providers, analytics, advertising, content safety tools, and moderation support. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Omezy is not responsible for third-party websites or services you choose to use outside Omezy.

9. Enforcement

We may remove content, end chats, restrict features, require verification, rate-limit, suspend, ban, delete accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct to authorities. We may consider severity, context, intent, user history, report quality, safety risk, and legal obligations.

Some violations may result in immediate permanent removal without warning, especially minor-safety violations, credible threats, exploitation, coercion, severe harassment, doxxing, spam operations, or attempts to bypass safety controls.

10. No emergency service

Omezy is not an emergency service, crisis hotline, law enforcement service, or professional advice service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

11. Disclaimers

Omezy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every risk, available in every location, or free from harmful conduct by other users. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any implied warranties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Omezy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, reputation, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service, user conduct, third-party services, unauthorized access, moderation decisions, or content encountered through Omezy.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Omezy and its operators harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of another person's rights, or your violation of law.

14. Changes to the service or Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, safety systems, matching rules, or these Terms as the service evolves. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of Omezy after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
